'Screaming Eagle'

Eagle Point was originally established in 1973. In 1986, the park was purchased by the residents, 248 homeowners from around the United States and Canada.

Eagle Point is currently a thriving, 55+ community that values the environment, close friendships and a high quality of life.

The park is located in Punta Gorda, Florida, just south of the intersection of Tamiami Trail and Burnt Store Road and bordering Alligator Creek. I-75 is less than 2 miles away, offering easy access to all of South Florida.
